The tech in me was tempted to run this on my own host, but then I’d have to worry about bandwidth and the hardware and in the end I’m just getting extremely extremely lazy to the point where all I buy at home is a Dell with full support or a Mac with all its uber-cool because I’m elitist that way.

I typically post from my Mac, using the program ecto.
