Pretty much everything I want to watch is available from iTunes or Amazon, and everything else I can get on DVD from Netflix in a few months. It's a lot less expensive to watch TV "a la carte," and I feel much better knowing that I'm not paying every month for networks I never watch (ESPN, Disney, CMT, etc.). My parents in southern California have the FIOS bundle with TV, but they don't have a DVR. I am baffled. After living on the road for five months last year, I don’t really miss cable.
