I’ve begun my blitz to drum up freelance work. This is a new thing for me, but it could be helpful in many ways, not the least of which is the prospect of writing income. If I can string some freelance successes together I can contemplate writing for living, be it fiction or otherwise.

A couple of pieces have taken shape, and I’ve targeted a few markets that align with the topics. Fingers crossed.

And yes I know NaNoWriMo started. Motivation isn’t my problem right now. World-building and story arc dwarf my motivation problems. Oh well–practice, practice. Good luck, though, to my VP buddies who embarked on this project today.
