My first reader gave me feedback on Moneymaker, and it wasn’t soul-crushing. Wo-hoo! I’m going over notes now, and will start hardcore revisions tomorrow. Back to a total focus on Moneymaker.
This change is possible because I’ve finished Bad Idea. Or finished it for now. I’ve submitted to one publication, and we’ll see how it goes. Hopefully it doesn’t completely suck. Aim high. In the end I went through roughly four drafts, and clocked in around 3800 words. It’s a neat little character story, in my opinion. A cousin to Moneymaker. Hopefully the published cousin.
