As if a published author needs a shout-out from an unpublished one, but nevertheless, I wanted to post up how much I’ve enjoyed the fiction of Charlie Huston. I’ve read two of his Joe Pitt novels (Already Dead and No Dominion) and one of his Hank Thompson books (Six Bad Things). Fantastic stuff. Quick, hard, efficient language and story and characters. Best things I’ve read in years. Honest.
